Salary
Voluntary Service (Not a salaried government job). Selected candidates receive an allowance only for the days they are deployed on duty, as per government-fixed rates.

- Rural Home Guard: Class 7th Pass. Must be a permanent resident of the specific block in Ramgarh district.
- Urban Home Guard: Class 10th (Matric) Pass. Must be a general resident of the urban area of Ramgarh district.
