Salary Details
- Senior Computer Instructor: Pay Matrix Level-10
- Basic Computer Instructor: Pay Matrix Level-8
- A fixed monthly remuneration is payable during the two-year probation period as per state government rules.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years (as of 01.01.2027)
- Age Relaxation (for Rajasthan residents):
- SC / ST / OBC / MBC / EWS (Male): 5 years
- General Category (Female): 5 years
- SC / ST / OBC / MBC / EWS (Female): 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Maximum upper age limit up to 50 years
Qualification Criteria

Senior Computer Instructor:
- M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT) / Electronics & Communications (ECE) / Electrical Engineering (EE) / Electrical & Electronics (EEE) / Electronics & Telecommunication (ETE) / Electronics & Instrumentation (EIE) OR
- M.Sc. in CS / IT OR
- Master in Computer Applications (MCA) / 'B' Level / 'C' Level exam qualification OR
- Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government.
- Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Basic Computer Instructor:
- Graduation with 'A' Level / PGDCA (minimum 1 year) OR
- B.E. / B.Tech in CS / IT / ECE / EE / EEE / Electronic Instrumentation & Control (EIC) / Telecommunications & Instrumentation (TIE) OR
- B.Sc. in CS / IT OR
- Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent.
- Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
Application Fee
- General / Creamy Layer OBC / MBC: ₹600
- Rajasthan Non-Creamy Layer OBC / MBC / EWS / SC / ST: ₹400
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): ₹400
- Note: One-Time Registration (OTR) fee is valid for a single financial year, subject to conditions regarding attendance in scheduled exams.
Additional Details
- Selection Process: Written competitive examination consisting of two papers (Paper-I & Paper-II), each carrying 100 marks and of 2 hours duration.
- Negative Marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% in each paper (relaxed by 5% for SC/ST candidates).
- OMR 5th Option Rule: It is mandatory to darken one option out of five (A, B, C, D, E). Option 'E' must be darkened for unattempted questions. Failure to fill any circle for more than 10% of total questions results in disqualification.
