Age Limit
21 Years – 40 Years as of 1st July of the calendar year in which vacancies are advertised. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PH, Ex-Servicemen, and other reserved categories as per UP government rules.
Qualification Criteria
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent from a recognized institution or university in India. Accepted qualifications include:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry
- B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering)
- B.Sc. (Home Science) / Community Science (four-year degree from Agricultural & Technology University)
Note: Only candidates who appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025 (PET-2025) and received a score card from UPSSSC are eligible to apply. Candidates who scored zero or negative in PET-2025 will NOT be shortlisted.
Preferential Qualification: Candidates who have served in the Pradeshik Sena for at least two years, or hold the NCC ‘B’ certificate, will be given preference.
