Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in the official local language of the state selected.
  • Experience: None required (Fresh graduates can apply).
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager / PO)
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any stream. Preference is given to candidates holding degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in the official local language of the participating RRB.
  • Experience: None required.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer - GBO)
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers)
  • IT Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 50% marks, plus 1 year relevant domain experience.
  • Chartered Accountant: Passed CA Exam from ICAI India, plus 1 year experience as a practicing CA.
  • Law Officer: Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 50% aggregate marks, plus 2 years experience as an advocate or Law Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
  • Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance, plus 1 year relevant experience.
  • Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing from a recognized university, plus 1 year relevant field experience.
