2. VB-G RAM G Act, 2025 Replaces MGNREGA

The Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) Act, 2025 (VB-G RAM G Act) came into force across India from 1 July 2026, repealing the two-decade-old MGNREGA, 2005.
